The last few weeks haven't been very good for me, with getting my dads place

ready for sale, and my own health problems etc...

but I bought myself a birthday present and went and saw MR Billy Idol,

at the Win Entertainment Centre in Wollongong (NSW)...

The support act was Cheap trick, which I knew of and they were good too but they

did something to the PA ! and had to stop playing for a while! thats rock n roll for ya!

Any way after a break and stage change Billy Idol and his band came on..

wow! simply incredible!! Billy can really put the younger newer bands to shame for putting on a

show, at 60 he still has it and is running up and down the stage with ease..

Steve Stevens, the guitarist was pretty awesome too! as was there lefty bass player..

Billy started about 9pm and didn't finish till about 11.30 pm ,and with about 3 or 4 encores !!

He ate the crowd up and was just awesome.. I'd see him again in a heart beat...

I took some pics with my iphone but there not the best... wasn't that many taking pics at the gig which was good.
