Last week I was down at the Bilyana Rest Area putting a new battery in a customers car. There was a guy mowing the area and he came over for a chat. He asked us to come over to the spot where two camper vans had just pulled out from 10 mins earlier. I've never seen anything like it They had left toilet paper, lying on top of the business they had been doing for a day or two. Filth at the highest level. Food scraps were thrown under the trees. The mower man said it's coming very close to having this area closed down to the public as it happens so often. Lets hope not
