we have 120L fridge in our van and a 8.4kg gas bottle...... Anyone with more experienced than us have an idea on how many days we'll get using the gas just for the fridge? thanks.

Fridge only, I would go on gas watch after 3 weeks I reckon. I have a 185lt two door and use gas stove and hot water as well and I go on gas watch after 12 days and usually get 13.

Edit......Sorry, I have two 9kg bottles and that is per bottle.

In our old caravan we had a 100lt fridge (or there abouts) and 2 x 4kg bottles. 1 bottle would last a week and that was still using the stove occassionally. So you should get about 2 weeks on an 8.4kg bottle.
