Yes, the road is sealed all the way, both to Bungendore, then Queanbeyan and down to Cooma.
Between Braidwood and Bungendore the road is somewhat winding and undulating and is renowned for idiots overtaking when not entirely safe. Keep a good lookout.
(Then again I have been on that road and not a single vehicle has passed us! Nonetheless, it pays to be aware.)
The road between Bungendore and Queanbeyan was upgraded fairly recently and is good.
