Got a good way to teach the Parents how to control their kid's...[of Child arsonist's]
Get the family out of the house along with all pet's..
Then give the kids a book of matches and get them to light a fuse which is set in the house.....
I think that will stop the parents from letting their kids get out of control.. Do that a few times and the word will get around.. to any normal person...

I agree with your frustration Juergen and we need to do something really serious about these out of control kids - obviously burning down their house is not a viable option.
Last month 34 people in WA were caught for arson - 80% of them were kids and could not be prosecuted

When there are no 'real' consequences, there will be no let up. If you commit an adult crime, you need to be prosecuted like an adult. If this cannot be done with kids, throw the parents in jail and don't forget to sterelise them so that they don't have any more brats.
