Hi Everyone, my previous post I  asked about washing machines. the lemair  as recommended looks good. however , there are 2 models . A xqb22 that weighs 20 kgs and an xqb32, which I cannot find the weight for. have looked online, have rung places that sell it online. they look to be the same machine only one is a little taller. also wondering if the size of the bowl is the same size. anyway, if u r up 4 a challenge come help me out n c what u can find out. if they both have the same size bowel then no point paying more than need b. cheers. rocket

hi jeff, thankyou for your reply. the other question I want to know is weight because we are not sure if we can install in our caravan so therefore will be lifting it in and out of our Colorado and keeping it under the awning. cheers. rocket.

Howdy Rocket,  I think you will be surprised how light the Lemair machines are,

I've just looked up the description of the XQB22 model,  here are the specs,

Weight of machine ( dry )  18kg,  Overall measurements are 438 x438 x 735 mm,  input power  280 w

the only thing to watch is the drain hose must be at a minimum height of 750 mm or the machine will drain.

HAve you considered the small twin tub. So light to lift in & out of Patrol. Much less water especially if using Miracle wash balls (no washing detergent) so need no rinse water. When on power & if you have an ensuite I put into the shower where the water, literally, on tap, hot or cold and power available as well. If freedom camping it will run off inverter or genny & I use dam/river. whatever water available. I got mine 4 years ago for $105 new with $25 cartage up to Redcliffe from Sydney.

before using these magic Balls, one should read about them very carefully,

the Manufactures claims, and also the Warnings,

These balls can break open and the ceramic contents will damage your machine.
