Visit Lake Carglligo NSW

Well I am here at last ,at this huge inland lake

there are not too many GN here

so I don't have to compete for camping space..

a cool breeze and lots of water.

the rest of the day will be to relax,

I did arrive a day early.

cheers from Paul

A beautiful spot - we had just one night here last October and want to go back for at least a week!

If you drive around to the other side of the lake you will find an "experimental power station" . The bureaucrats and polies didn't want it so the investors are now selling the technology to several other countries.
There is a volunteer at the info centre who worked on it and can give you the details. Very interesting.
