Holden Colardo in crash

Man cut free from car after it splits in two near Kellerberrin

     Holden Colorado.jpg

A 25-year-old man has been cut from his car after a dramatic crash near the Wheatbelt town of Kellerberrin.

Police said the car was torn in two when it ran off a road in Bungulla and crashed about 3:20am today.

They said the man, who is from Grass Valley, was travelling south on Bungulla North Road when his Holden Colorado utility became airborne, landing on the nearby Great Eastern Highway.

I'm told they sometimes name the vehicle so that the impact and message intent of the accident report has a greater impact on people who own the same vehicle....in this case it makes Colorado owners take note - nothing to do with the safety or whatever of the vehicle named but it just makes owners take extra note. Hope that makes sense.
Good Luck

"Yep" That's got me too,  I don't think it matters what vehicle  is in the accident,

When it is going that fast that it becomes air borne , most cars are going to end up the same.

By the look of the deck rails still on the chassis...my guess is it wasn't in the best nick hey. An older model that has seen mine work perhaps....or a badly maintained coastal/beach rig....???

Cheers  Keith
