i have had occasion recently to request link to re load the program after reinstalling my Windows 8 laptop and loosing the original link.  They were very helpful as I had been a customer for a few years and like the program.  The only thing I did not like was there was not a Mac version.  I was told they are currently working on a Mac version and should be available next year.  I find this program well worth the small amount it costs and is easy to use once you understand and get used to it. I for one recommend the program which tracks your expenses and these are self defined by you. It also records all your campsites and their details including GPS.  I use it along with WikiCamps on the laptop.
