Hi - I've got a stuck Camec three way door. The inner and outer doors have engaged at the middle and bottom of the door, but not at the top. The door is closed on the caravan, and unlatches from the frame at the middle and bottom, but not at the top (the outer door simply comes away at the top leaving the inner door securely attached to the frame).
I fashioned a tool from heavy gauge wire and inserted inside from the bottom and got a loop around the inside handle. I tried pushing the handle up to disengage the inner and outer doors, but the handle only moves a small way and then stops - I'm reluctant to force it. I also tried pulling the handle down from the inside, but no more joy than doing so from outside.
Sounds like somethings misaligned and jamming up. Me, I'd be off to Camec to get them to fix it. When my Aussie Traveler lock jammed up I was surprised at how complex the 3 way lock was and how easy it would have been to really stuff it up if you didn't know what you were doing.
The locking pawl on the top lock lifts up to unlatch. With the bottom two unlatched and door open as much as possible a flat strip of metal inserted between door and jamb and pushed upward will unlatch the top one. They have a fairly strong spring so suggest something like 3 x 25 aluminium strip or something similar. We have had the same thing happen and found it was due to wear so replaced all three latches.
I have had problems with a door sticking when the van's stabilizer legs were wound down unevenly causing the van's chassis to twist. Taking pressure off the legs allowed the door latch to release by itself. May not be your problem but worth a try.
