Yep it sure will. BUT you can get cheaper versions at 5 amps if this 20AH battery is the only one being charged (the charge rate should be 2 amps at the 10 hour rate) IMHO its an elephant to kill an ant.
We have the small 5 amp ctek charger for our 7AH breakaway battery at $70 it works a treat.

have sorted it out this charger is only good for batteries 85AH --300AH. Someone on another Forum said if I hooked up a globe in the pos lead between the battery and the charger I could do it with this charger,I have just a plain old charger that will do the job,thanks mate cheers. PS I use the 15AMP charger for my 120AMP battery ,thought it may do for both batteries.
