Our house went up for sale on Halloween, it is now on the Internet. The pictures are fantastic and the wording is great too. So much better than the last time, that was a disaster.
So I am hoping it won't be too long from now, that my husband can finally retire and we can move one last time. I am full of hope.
Unfortunately the price of the house is going for a lot less than we hoped, but prices are low here in rural SA. I just want it will sell, even at the sale price it will be enough for a good deposit on another house and to do some renovations too. So I won't be complaining. We have already picked out a house, we just hope our house sells quick so we can get it.
Our house is a 6 bedroom, 2 bathrooms on 1/2 an acre. The one we are looking at is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom on about 1/2 an acre, so not as much cleaning...yah!!!!
