What can I say, last night when I logged off, I hoped this all was a nightmare, and that when I woke this morning it would all be over.  Sadly no, my good friend Wombat has left, and our forumites are now arguing amongst them selves.  It is a sad day when forumites start leaving "enmass".

Dougwe and Glassies stories sadden me, but they, along with others, have had help over the years from this forum, both moral and technical, so we should continue to support them by staying put.

Please no one else leave our fabulous, informative forum as a result of a couple of mindless personal comments.  I am thinking changing my avatar (which I have used ever since joining this site)  Maybe I could borrow Wombats!

Thank goodness tomorrow is another day, bring it on.

As I said in my original comment on this thread, I will not be leaving for those reasons and also not to yet the couple of complainants win.

As to "Blue" After chatting with you while in warrnambool a couple of weeks ago I thought you were a nice bloke but I can only say that my camp fire is out sorry.

I intend to say no more about this AV situation and get on with my positive attitude that had a two day poppy nap. This has been the best year I have had for many so I intend to get on with it and get back to being "excited".

Dougwe...I am really glad that you are not leaving.
You are a valued forum member and although we haven't met yet, I have always enjoyed your posts and I look forward to catching up with you sometime out in the playground.

As a GN member, I do have to accept Cindy's ruling...but I don't have to agree with it.

Not only am I extremely disappointed that the forum has lost several helpful and respected members...
but also that the original complainers did not have the intestinal fortitude to identify themselves.

My Dad always taught us to have the courage of our convictions and not to say anything behind someone's back that you wouldn't say to their face.
Perhaps a few more people should give it a try.

I considered leaving...but there is no way that I will help the faceless minority to claim victory so I'm staying.
