I am a knitter, but unfortunately I cannot help you, I am sure someone will come to your aide.

I have but not with me at present. Very easy to do, starts with one square and you just keep adding squares as you knit. Will dig out the pattern when I get home in 2 weeks if no one else has come up with it in the mean time.
