A community Trust managed campground in Swimming Pool Road on the outskirts of Tingha about 25 K south of Inverell. Onsite caretaker Sean is very friendly and helpful and is doing a great job looking after the campground. 2 large grassy areas with some power poles and water points, some shade trees. Toilets and hot showers, very clean. A combined laundry/camp kitchen, basic but adequate. $10 per night 2 adults unpowered or $20 per night with power. Stay a week and get the 7th night free. Max stay 3 months. Pets allowed. Sean provides wheeled fire-bins with firewood to your site if you want a camp fire. This little town is trying hard to attract people and the campground is a very pleasant and quiet place to stay for a night or a few days. Suitable for all size rigs.
