Wow, a few memories there, especially the old Freo power house, I'll never forget telling my dad I wanted one of those little cubby houses up on the roof when we were on the way home to Rockingham every time we went to Fremantle, amazing how a child's perception of size is so different, do you remember those two huge round globes next to the bus station? I was told as a kid they held gas but no idea and they probably weren't that big ether lol.

Not can't recall them Tom.  I was from north of the river, memories of the Scarborough Bus Station and semi-trailer buses (same as 5th wheelers, but seats and more window in them, two levels of seats (same as two levels in RV 5th wheelers).

Luna Park down at Scarborough Beach (now a shopping centre called Luna Shopping Centre) and opposite a mini golf course where Observation City Hotel (whatever it's current name is) now stands.

Here is a pic of the old Scarborough bus depot, under a photo of one of the old busses you will see a reference to the semi trailer buses.  but no pic of one shown.   The façade of the bus depot is still there.
