Hi grahos,  We took the silverline down to Mathoura for a week away to iron out the bugs, one drawer was sticky, and rear water tank gauge not working, both minor problems fixed by jayco under warranty,

only took half hour, otherwise a great van with heaps of room, heaps of storage space, the new suspension is great, great value for money, ours is the 21-65-4 model, very easy to live in.

A very well designed van.

Hi rosa, congratlations with your purchase, I found the silverlines to be well constructed van, only advice I would give you is, on pick up, get them to operate every thing in the caravan to make sure it functions properly and I mean everything.

on the handover with our van they opened the front window cover to show us how it worked, then couldn,t get it to close properly, they had their maintenance guy fix it immediatly. a minor problem solved without any inconvenience to us at a later date

they are a great van, I am sure your going to enjoy it as much as we do ours. By the way, this is our first Jayco van.

  Have fun  Darrell + Lyn.

It is a great idea to do a short trip in a new van before heading off on a longer leg.
Sometimes tho it takes a while to get rid of any problems.
