I ticked the box for the above request a couple of weeks ago; it was OK at the time but now I'd like to stop the advices arriving in my inbox.. How do I switch off?? Thanks for any help.

Hey flied lice..

Click on your name under "Logged In As"

A page will open up and about half way down there's a box labeled "Topic Subscriptions"

Just unselect the topics you want to abandon.


Cheers mate that'll be $200 / hr + expenses.....

Hi, another way to stop a particular is when an email comes in, there is a hypelink in it to "unsubscribe" to that particular thread.

example:  This is from an email I just got.....

"To unsubscribe from this topic please visit:

http://thegreynomads.activeboard.com/forum.spark?aBID=51933&p=1&a=41&topicID=39137704&aBUserID=1273513
