Free Camp on the Murrumbidgee river Jugiong show ground, free wood and fire buckets spread around the area a great, great spot for a couple of days lay over. Toilets and plenty of fresh water, donation to be left near toilet block.

Well, looks like you have found a really nice spot there C1.

Warning Warning! It also looks looks like feral wombat territory so please make sure C3 doesn't fall down a wombat hole while she is off exploring.

Good weather for camp fires, Gaz. Sounds like a great spot, and one I hope to visit when I'm on the road next year with a new set of pearlies.

Stayed at Jugiong Showground earlier this month on two occasions, great spot by the river, loved it. Plenty of room and going back to try the fishing when the weather warms. The only thing we weren't to impressed with was waking up to the 0.06 deg temp and that was inside the van on returning home the first thing we did was to order a new diesel heater. Great coffee, food across the road plus fresh fruit & veg shop. Bessie. Would Recommend.

All good Bessie we have a Gas heater so nice and toasty, the motel up the road does a nice dinner as well so check it out next time you are here.
