I'd try the manufacturer as a starting point.

If not take the picture to a van repairer.

I think it is made by Aussie Traveller.

Thank you Bill B
I phoned them once before and they said to look on their website and when I did I couldn't find it.
This time I went and had a look in their tips section and found it there. Its called an ARTV door lock and it looks like a real pain to replace.
Now to see if they have them.
Thanks again

Yes ours is the same and we received a new one 12 months ago.   I'll try and find the supplier for you. Relatively easy to change IF you follow the very good instructions.  Cheers Baz

PS:  Is it urgent????

Lock is an Aussie Traveller - ATRV DOOR LOCK

Contact is 07 32843284 and we talked to Larry O'Bree and he was very helpful and in Clontarf Beach, QLD..

If you buy a new one they will send you details of how to fit etc OR if you need to pull apart 1st I can scan the 4 pages and email to you, just let me know if you need me to email to you.

Cheers Baz

We have a similar lock that's less than a year old and has been playing up. Luckily we are in Q/L and were headed for Caboolture which is not far from the Aussie Traveler factory and we'll be going there tomorrow for them to have a look and hopefully fix the problem. They have been friendly and helpful on the phone so we're hoping this continues tomorrow - will let you know how we go.

Went to the Aussie Traveller factory in Clotarf today. As luck woulkd have it the door handle fell off on our trip down from Nanango. They replaced the lock and did some other work that caused the locking mechanisms to stick. The root cause, it appears, was the door frame was fitted incorrectly in the first place - it was out of square.

We dealt with a guy called Bernie who was fantastic. Contact details are here - www.aussietraveller.com.au/pages/contact_us

Regards

Dave
