We had some things stored at a place in Cooroy (but can't remember the name now). Their price was reasonable. You could look in yellow ages under removals/storage Cooroy.

Can't recommend any, but a word of warning.  Ensure the storage sheds you choose are not in a flood prone area (as a lot of industrial estates are). My cousin lost a shed full of furniture in storage in Rocklea during the 2011 floods.
