The Pinnacles

Off to Nambung national park near Cervantes, WA yesterday. Now know what what Stromatalytes (oldest living organisms) look like plus checked out the Pinnacles. Pinnacles were far more interesting although for some reason, I had it in my head that they were far taller. Aboriginal legend says they're the fingers of young men, buried in the sinking sands, reaching up to be saved. Was a good day out with Sandra & MSG (Mel). Many thanks to Billeeee & Jules for looking after our respective dogs while we were gone.

Glad you enjoyed the Pinnacles - and saw the stromatalytes - and the dogs are always a pleasure to look after.

Good idea to have people in the pinnacles shots, Darrell... now I know how tall they are.
