PV Charge Controller.

Hello everyone. This is my first post so please forgive me if all is not correct. I have searched your site and cannot find an answer. I have a Powertech PV Charge Controller. The trouble is that when it was installed I never received any paperwork so I do not know how to read it except for the Bulk Charge. I would like to know what all the other readings are. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Welcome to the forum Lilybet.

It would probably help if you could give us a picture of the controller, and the screen if you can get one.

At a guess, this MAY be the manual for the one you have:

I'm sure this is the correct manual for the Powertech brand..

Thanks Ken, I know it relates to Powertech, but I was not sure how many models, and if they were all the same, hence my caution.

The two common basic models are 20 and 30 amperes. Operationally, both are basically the same and would be covered in the Manual.

Welcome to the Forum Lilybet. You said this was your first post, but the number of posts shown is 2. Maybe you have forgotten the first !! confuseconfusebiggrinbiggrin Read the Manual posted by Plendo. If you have difficulty understanding the readings, post again or send me a PM and I'll explain it. I have a Powertech Controller installed.

Thank you everyone. For those people who sent me a link to the manual, an extra thank you. That has helped me immensely. I still need to get my head around all this but a good starting point.
