Doug a electric collar works wonders hehehe.. I used to use it on my working dogs. Maybe the owner could have one too, to teach them to shut their dog up grrrr

Dry as we speak but is expected soon. Bloody cold though. Coldest I have been since March. No problem though, the southern warmer weather is not far away.
