Nice setup guys. We wondered about a fifth wheeler ourselves.
With the unit installed in the ute tray, does it limit what you can use the ute for now?

Hi Mark n Deb no not really unless you want to put something large in there but I intend to change it from a turntable to a ball hitch which will take up much less room and will be able to fold down the ball in seconds and be back to a totally flat tray bed , this change will also level the van during travel too, about a foot lower in fact so much less wind resistance as well and much better sideways rock when going off road to a free parking spot ect, but I think the best feature of a fifth wheeler is the safety they afford almost impossible to roll the van as there is no sideways sway like a conventional van, shorter overall length for the same van length and much better weight distribution it transfers weight on to the back axel and steering not taking it off so better safety there too, for me it's the only way to tow a van .
