When the wife and I took these photo's the Finke River was dried up and just a series of pools.
The top three pic's were taken in Ormiston Gorge.
The first two pic's on the bottom were taken from the Mt Sonder lookout & the third bottom right hand corner one being taken at Glen Helen Homestead.
There's good camping spots @ Ormiston Gorge and Glen Helen and both areas are great hiking and sight seeing areas with lots of wild life, birds & wildflowers.
When we were there the Mulla Mulla wild flowers were in bloom.
