Coomalie RV Park

I recently downloaded all the updates to CAW 7, and this was a new RV park on the Stuart Highway, south of Darwin. 25km north or Adelaide River, or 88 km south of Darwin, 2k south of Batchelor turnoff.

Has toilets, showers, dumpoint, powered sites ($20.00 per night) and unpowered sites ($10.00 per night), water, laundry with new washing machine at $3.00 per load honesty box, pets allowed.  Access via CAW7 NT site 121 (Day Use area) and follow the signs... or ring 08 8976 0501

We have to support these new ventures that are working in our favour.

Day use area was a very popular overnight stop until previous owner of this park got it changed to Day Use Only, so he could profit from starting the park

Stayed here a couple of years ago just after it reopened. Enjoyed the "compulsory" happy hours and fully support the new owners vision for what he was trying to achieve in reopening a rundown park. Will be back as this was the best value we encountered in the NT. Cheers Griff

We had 2 nights their in the winter of 2014, cost $20 a night with power.  Was a good camp. They were up grading the toilets and laundry then.
