I have a friend who has been Homeless and living in his Car for awhile  has now found work   And he has an appointment to see a caravan on site  for $ 159 per week  I hear that it is a crappy  Van.....Is there an other avenue Of Information  I can check out on this one

Jimbo - the Sundowner is a pretty old park, been there for a long time - think it is closer to Dingley than Springvale - must be ok or wouldn't still be going - and in this day and age $159a week is ok - better than living in a car anyway!!!!
