Condensation

A few weeks ago I asked for advice on the condensation in my Cub Drover Spacevan.  I tried all with no luck but then tried a thermal blanket....it works!    No more condensation and a few degrees warmer.   Thanks everyone.

Hi Margyr,

It doesn't take much to confuse me these days and I tell you that for free BUT I know what a thermal Blanket is, well sort of anyway but not sure how it stopped your condensation problem confuse  Would you give a little more info please.

There is a product the most hardware shops sell it has small crystal's in it and works great, do not know the name of it, but go to Bunnings and ask for it.

We had a camper trailer for years, and when it was cold and dewy we always put a rubber backed picnic blanket on top of the bed, rubber side up. Never had a problem with condensation or cold, had one under the mattress as well.

Is the space blanket one of those silver foil ones used in emergency situations?

Our blanket is from Minlaton discounters in SA. It's a thermal blanket. Have a look at their website and it explains it all. All I know is it works!
