Info on Road Conditions between Nockatunga and Tibooburra

Can anyone provide some recent  info on the road conditions between Nockatunga and Tibooburra?  Would I be able to tow an On Road Caravan with care?   Thinking of travelling this way to South Australia via Broken Hill, next month.

We travelled from Tibooburra through Noccundra to Quilpie about 6 weeks ago.

You won't have any problems if there hasn't been major rains in the meantime.
