A friend recently had a water leak showing up in their Winnibago and put it in to get checked out...
Fortunately this one got written off by the insurance company but lots that aren't properly insured get put on the market for unsuspecting buyers.
This is what the previous owner posted..
"We put it in for an insurance claim but when they took the fibreglass off there was so much long-term water damage that it is a writeoff. yes, we are going to buy another one but not a newy. We loved the layout of Big Lenny and I know it'll be difficult finding another we like as much"
That looks a real bad case of foot rot for sure Bob. Glad I wasn't on the end of that buy.
I shouldn't say too much yet as I will be starting to look for a new den in the not too distant future, not a motor home but a caravan. Same thing can happen though. I will be having a good look for foot rot or water marks for sure.
