G,day Just passing a few comments on from another site about grey nomads "'reserving free camp spots '' and even instances of people roping off areas in free camps because there friends are coming later hence turning other travellers away from a public area because it is FULL what are your opinions re this behavier I know what I think and its not nice==========
Are there user rules regarding free camping sites. A couple of times we have been unable to pull in at small spots despite spots available. The GNs were traveling in groups and send one or two on to hold the camp sites for the others so they can sight see along the way and be guaranteed a free camp site when they meet up with their group We didn't make a fuss and moved on but just wondered if this is normal during busy times
