I saw this on Gumtree, a bit different with a motorcycle compartment (other than the normal toy hauler).

Yes a bit "Gerry built" John, the side entry for the motorcycle may appeal to some, especially if it can take a quad bike. 

Could be a good fishermen's outfit....
