I'm looking for an easy to use map based itinerary planner/builder, need to be able to save and retrieve results so that I can add to the map and share results with others.
Tried that (traveller ) last night - pity I cannot make it follow the roads but the idea is good. Just wish I had registered, logged on, then entered all the places. My map has vanished in to cyberspace so have to start again.

Its not meant to be a navigational tool Spida, its an itinerary planner, perfect for my purposes, allows me to build a visual sharable map of planned travels, I have a GPS and maps to cover the actual nuts and bolts of the trip.
Registration is simple, as is building a map, very handy tool.
I have been looking for a map so I can show where I have been - which is why I thought this might suit - and why I wanted one that followed the roads. I have input data again but find it struggles to find some places - Litchfield park & Pine creek.... to name a couple. Got there eventually.

Logged on last night but keeps getting stuck in the "saving" mode and I can't get past my start point. Tried twice again today but same deal so possibly an iPad issue with the program. I experience this on some sites.

Some smaller programs are not design for fruit machines as they have to re compile the program to work.
They work with most programs as the programmers take that into consideration but if a small programmer writes for a particular market then they will often ignore the option to allow Apple etc to read properly.
It also depends on what language the programmer is using to write that program.
