One of the problems with the satilight system is were to mount your dish while traveling. The attached photo will show you how I've mounted mine. I use a S/H Austar dish mounted this way and it has never moved or been a problem getting in to the front boot or even opening the rear door of my Pajero ( 95 model ). The green tube is a cut down noodle that the kids ply with in the water and has a off cut of right angle aluminium mounted through the centre and pop rivited to the draw bar. The dish is also held in place with a couple of rubber straps and tied to the hand brake adjustment bracket.
bello, your one looks very stable, but last week we were driving along the freeway and there on the side of the road was a sat dish, somebody is going to be very upset when they get where they are going.
