We are at this park now. It is owned and run by Uniting Church as part of their conference centre in Victor Harbour.

The winter special deal for Seniors is stay 4 nights for $17 per night. The sites are grass, reasonably level, power and water, a big camp kitchen with fridge, hotplates, microwaves, and a BBQ. Amenities are old but clean, good showers. Very close to town but peaceful.  There is a laundry and clotheslines. 

A very reasonably priced spot for a few days sight seeing around the area.
