Have a problem with my inverter that I advised the vendors AGR Machinery (E bay) where told about straight away but due to circumstances (vehicle broke down) was inaccessible for 12 months. They now refuse to support the warranty even though the problem appears to be basically shoddy construction. The battery selector was not soldered in or at least not with any where close to a reasonable amount of solder and had come loose. On inspection the second set of legs has now snapped of cleanly and I need to buy a replacement. This is proving difficult. I can get one that sits flat on the board but as the board is mounted vertically it needs one that sits at 90 degrees to it. I eventually found one for $4 in the US but freight is nearly $40, not good. This is the part and I was wondering if anyone out there has any ideas on where to get one. Have searched the usual places and been to Jaycar but don't have this particular style.
For these type of rotory encoder switches, you could try wes components ( Sydney ) or Ellement 14 ( they used to be known as RS components ), also in Sydney. I have delt with these companys before and have a quick turn around time.
Both have a catalogues that you can down load on line and it would be worth haveing a look before you would phone them.

I've also have problems with an inverter from the same mob though mine is just a few months old. Mine has stopped working and they want me to send a video of it not working....go figure! I'll follow their instructions to the letter. By the way, I have not opened mine as that would negate the warranty IMHO. Good Luck.
Next Day Follow-up....received another email from AGR on the matter so maybe they are OK....if so I will give them credit.
