I had a free shower at this huge Roadhouse (BP I think) on the northern approach to Geraldton near the Drummond Cover turn off.
This is also a big truck stop, but the free shower is for any traveller, unisex, ok for disabled too and toilet and basin in shower room.
Not a free camp but handy to know if you have been staying at a free camp further north overnight.

Agree Possum......I didn't need fuel but bought food and other stuff there in return.
I was not asked to, just told to go ahead and use it by the staff there, but thought it was only fair to buy something if not getting fuel.
