Miscellaneous Photo's Inland Gascoyne Region - May 2014

Just a couple of pic's showing Rocky Pool (on the road between Carnarvon and Gascoyne Junction - popular swimming spot, no camping).

A bung arrow (Perenti) lizard and a servo station sign on the Brand Highway giving weather conditions etc.

Also all that is left of the old Gascoyne Junction Hotel and Roadhouse/Caravan Park after the 2010 floods, now all replaced and on higher ground....

Great photos Vic. Looks like you had a great trip!

Bit concerned about your new Avatar though, hope its not any kind of self-portrait?

That Red dust is a bugger John to clean off the vehicle and inside around the doors etc/underneath, but some people went out after me and a storm hit and it all turned to mud, they came back to Gascoyne Junction swearing and cursing with all the caked mud on their vehicle, lol !
