You can help "Blazeaid"

This will take a little explaining, so please bear with me. I've just finished nine weeks working with Blazeaid, in Victoria. It's one thing to see the result of the fires on TV, and another to go to the farms , etc and meet the people. Now the job is finished there, we are going to N/W Qld; to help people effected by the drought.

Now, nineteen sixty, and I got myself up to Alice Springs, and finding out that one could get a roadtrain license, at the tender age of seventeen, I did. Move foreward to two thousand and three, and I wrote a book about the things me and a mob of other young blokes got up, all those years ago.

While with Blazeaid, in Vic; I offered the book to the folks I was working with, for free.  I emphasised that some of the stories did contain coarse lauguage, nudity and other things that young bloked, just like me, got up to.

You may have the book, e mailed to you, free. If you enjoy it, you might consider donating ten dollars to Blazeaid. Everybody who received one in Laraham (Vic;) did so gladly. (Even Horshams mayor) It is not compulsary !!! I get nothing from the possible "sale". You will not be contacted for a donation. The stories are really suitable for the over fifties, especially if you lived in the bush. If you are an ex truckie, and over fifty, you should enjoy the many stories. (Like what do young blokes do when told to throw away one hundred tons of beer in Darwin!!??)  Finally, if you enjoy the stories, and can pass them on to friends, please mention Blazeaid, and a possible ten bucks. Regards. "Pipes"  wencoordwasking@gmail.com
