Caravan Storage In/Around Perth

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place to leave a largish caravan somewhere near Perth while the owners are in England for a while. Our friends are currently in Victoria and will be heading west to W.A., and then will be travelling to London to visit family. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks in advance for your help. Safe travels all...

Cheers,

Annie

We are slowly heading to Perth from Victoria and before we left we contacted National Storage, 69 Shallcross St, Yangebup 08 94341517. The quoted us $59.50 per week for 2 weeks. (May be less I think for a longer period). The same company has another outlet at 459 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park 08 94442315. Hope this is helpful. Brenda.

I believe Advent Park (in Camps books) are good and have large areas for big rigs, also not far from the airport, can also stay there before or after, see;

We have been told of a 7th Day Adventist location at Rockingham that charges $3 per day. We have not needed to use anything like that but perhaps through their church you may be able to locate it.

Advent Park near Perth Airport is also a 7th Day Adventist place, there is a contact on the link I provided for information about their rates for there etc....

I have stayed there in the caravan park section, but not stored anything there, but have seen the mega space they have for storage.

 Is that because Saturday is their holy day blaze?

If you are already booked into the park and staying there, does that mean you have to leave on a Saturday or is that just for booking in on that day or arranging and paying storage?

I have stayed there, I do remember they had some funny rules for booking in, only certain hours in the morning and certain hours in the afternoon, anything in between those hours you had to wait parked outside their office...

If you are staying there you are given a swipe card, no need to access office but if you are storing you are not issued with a swipe card but was told I as most welcome to walk across to the van. Stored one there while I was waiting to sell it and also used it for storage for vehicle and van when we went back to Tassie at chrismas time

cheers

Thanks blaze, you still need to access the office to book in (or I did) and to get your boom card, but the office was only manned at certain hours morning and afternoon.  I think this is because the Manager also does maintenance around the park and closes the office while he does so, not sure.   I was fortunate to be there when the office was open, but others with caravans who arrived later in the morning had to park in the car/van park outside the office until it opened again in the afternoon....

No dogs allowed, except the managers which had a German Shepherd in the office/yard.....Good thing about the park is no drunken yobo's lurching around the grounds etc.
