Hartwood Country Music Festival 2014 has now closed ..
This was my first year there, and as many on here have stated, it's definitely something to be experienced. I was fortunate to have been given the chance to see it a a volunteer-worker and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of my 4 week stay there ..
Tania Kernaghan and her father Ray were a very enlightening part of the many artists that performed ..
Everything you said it was JC .. just loved it !!

All the artists and fans I have on my Friends list are saying the same thing ..
They all had a fantastic week..
I just wish we could have been there but it wasn't to be..

Thanks Bob .. yes it was good to see him again and although he still has a few health problems that do restrict him, he was ale to see it all through and was in a greater relaxed mode when I left there this morning.
Hele herself went through a not-so-good year also, so they will now have some "down-time" to recuperate.
I won't get to your show this year Bob so it will have to be maybe next year .. August is when I'll be around Tweed Heads to wet a grandchilds head ..
Always wanted to go to Hartwood but have always been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Some good friends of mine were invited artists there a few years back
I arrived back at Tamworth yesterday .. and currently staying at my friends place out at Hallsville .
My friends will be arriving back here on Monday (so I found out tonight) which means I'm considering leaving on Tuesday or Wednesday to spend a few days in the hot water at Boomi .. then steadily on to Charters Towers after that for a few months ..
be good if we could catch up again .. has been a while eh !

Leaving on the 1st heading to the Nundle area for a couple of days.
Then accross to Wallabadah to meet up with another GN.
