Boggabri then Murrurundi King of the Ranges

Getting my fill of Aussie camping (in Crowds)!!!! At Boggabri Drovers Campfire on one of 450 sites for a few days of activities then decided to go to http://www.kingoftheranges.com.au/ - this looks like a  lot of fun if you are in to horses and only $20 for a camp site and $20 pension rate for 3 day pass.

Certainly sounds like good value for money, I am sure you thoroughly enjoyed it.

We are heading north from Newcastle for a week starting on the Saturday of the King of the Ranges.
We were going up the coast way then inland but have just changed our minds thanks to your post. We'll just stop in for a few hours then camp a bit further along, but it makes for an interesting day! Thanks for the heads up!
