GOOD PARKS BALLARAT AND ARARAT


Does anyone have any suggestions for stays around Ballarat and or Ararat area.?

Hi , depending on your budget , the Welcome Stranger is supposed to be alright ( big 4 ) or if your going Ararat way , how about staying at halls gap 30 mins further on, beautiful area :)

Hi the Doc if you are looking for a great place go stay in the Ararat area I recommend the Green Hill Lake on the East side of Ararat just down past the Caltex servo ,it will cost you $5 a night and a caretaker comes around to collect it there is toilets there with hot and cold water and showers but no electricity to any sites so you must be able to have a generator or solar panels .
