Stove/oven - Coleman Companion

We are looking for a stove-top/oven which is portable for us to cook on outside.  It's only the two of us, so we only need a small oven.

We saw one of these locally, and thought it might work for us.  Anyone used one of these, or similar?

Yes Rosie. My late wife and I had one similar I put in a "on-site" van that we had many moons back and it worked well. Just the two of us as well. Look around as you can get similar, cheaper.

Have you thought of a electric fan forced convection oven??

Hi Rosie I recently posted a similar question and the majority of responses said buy a baby q. Well after much research and window shopping we bought one. We are so happy, we love it. Wouldn't you know, soon after buying it we bought a new van with a full oven. But guess what we use the Weber more than the other as it cooks much better and quicker. We have done cakes, roasts, pizza, fish and chips etc. It is a but bulky but we also bought the bag and it travels in the back of the car. Good luck with whatever you choose.

We've had one in our bus for the last 3 years and they are excellent, makes great loafs of bread, bakes fish and chooks wonderfully well and spiced baked spuds. Ours is not a coleman, but exactly the same and may have come from the same factory. Found no problems with them.
