This Peter Alan song still brings a tear to ones eyes, we sang it on a flight home from Vanuatu in 1995 we were about 20 mins out of Brisbane town, I say everyone on the 737was singing it as well as the Nee Vanuatu hostess. Thanks Peter Alan for our great Aussie song wink

Peter Allen actually died from throat cancer and was being treated by the same dr as Judy Stone who I think is still fighting throat cancer

I'm still trying to find the name of a C & W song (Yank one) about a bloke having a dance and is busting for a pee and his partner squeezes him, had a line something like "and I can feel the pain, oh lordy why do I feel this way".

Does that ring a bell with anyone?????

PS: Judy Stone was married to Leo DeKroo from the DeKroo Brothers (Bandstand, now a talk back host on Dubbo Radio among other things) for awhile...Leo has since re-married.
