While I am away from my machine I am making a 3 tier veil for my daughter's wedding. I have beaded around the scalloped edge with a silk/rayon chain stitch. Any suggestions how to condense the top? Even though I've taken it in (I cut it from the pattern of my veil) so it is not quite as bulky as I had it, it still seems a bit much for a single comb. They also wear it from low on the head compared to where we used to wear them.
