I assume Wallaville QLD ? 

If so, here's a couple of photos for you. My mother's family were an original pioneer family of the Gin Gin and Wallaville area.

Hi wizardofoz,

 

No, the Axedale Tavern is actually in the town of Axedale on the McIvor Highway. It's about 20 minutes out of Bendigo.

 

It's the only remaining pub in a little town that used to have 9 pubs open years ago!
