How Do I Set Up a Blog?

With having a few friends and rellies overseas and interstate, I thought (and have done so for a while) that we might set up a blog to tell them of our travels and adventures, but I have absolutely no idea where to start or how to go about it. Would appreciate some advice and help from our valued friends on this forum.

Also, can you 'post' stuff from past trips?

Ta and thank you

Pejay there are so many options available for setting up a travel blog that it would take up a huge amount of space on this forum. I suggest you search on "setting up a travel blog" and you'll find detailed responses to any questions you may have as well instructions on how to do things. There are also videos that are helpful.

I just used the one that Google supplies. Can change pix, templates and is mostly straight forward. Has statistics of pages viewed etc. Photos can be inserted easily but do sometimes jump out of place when published.
Found it on the google home page I think.

we use travelpod.com

free and it guides you through the setup process

found it really easy to use and you can put up as many trips as you like from whenever you like.
