A bloke is involved in a road accident and sends a text message to his wife from the Emergency Room. 
"Hi love. Please don't worry but a car has hit me as I came out of the office. Paula brought me to the Hospital. They have been making tests and taking X-rays since I regained consciousness. The blow to my head has been very severe but the doctor said it might not have caused permanent injury - they'll know in six months or so! I have three broken ribs, a compound fracture in the left leg, and they may have to amputate the right foot! My elbow is broken and my eye ball has been put back in the socket. My vision is blurred but I'm really looking forward to you being here with me!"

His wife replied,  "Who's Paula?"
